Orderly Expands to Dubai: Our First Middle East Partner

We're thrilled to announce that Orderly is now live in the UAE. Eya Salon in Al Barsha, Dubai, is our first partner outside of Southeast Asia and the United States.

This partnership is significant for two reasons. First, it validates that Orderly works across cultures and languages. The Dubai market has a uniquely diverse customer base, with patrons from dozens of countries. Our AI needs to understand varied accents, preferences, and ordering styles.

Second, Eya Salon isn't a traditional restaurant -- it's a beauty salon that offers services and refreshments. This proves Orderly's flexibility beyond food service. Any business where customers need to browse options and place orders from a seat can benefit.

The setup took less than a day. We configured the menu, generated QR codes for each station, and trained the staff on the kitchen dashboard. Within the first week, Eya reported that service inquiries dropped significantly because customers could self-serve through Orderly.

Dubai is just the beginning. We're in conversations with partners across the GCC and are excited about bringing Orderly to more markets in 2026.
