4. Voice Data Processing

Our voice ordering feature uses third-party AI services to process your speech in real-time. Voice audio is streamed to our AI providers for the sole purpose of understanding your order. We do not permanently store raw voice recordings. Transcriptions may be temporarily retained to improve order accuracy and resolve disputes.

6. SMS / Text Messaging

If you provide your mobile phone number when placing an order, we use it to send you transactional text messages about that order, such as an order confirmation with a link to your order details. We do not use your phone number for marketing or promotional messages.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
